Imagine that! Someone actually wanted my opinion on the condition of the real estate market here in the area.
I told the truth of course. It's great! This is the best market for buyers...rates are LOW and home prices are down. Investors are back around picking things up, it's the best opportunity to pick up a second home in sunny Florida in a fast growing city like Palm Coast or to upgrade to a new home or down size to a new home. It's a fantastic time for sellers because there ARE BUYERS. And..they ARE BUYING. I can't think of a better market! Things are moving quite briskly again. If you are still sitting on the fence about when to buy, don't sit there too much longer....prices are bound to start rising as the inventory is depleted.
Builders are once again building...taking orders for new homes. That's a sign that things have stabilized and the market is moving. Always a good sign.
