Town Center has OPENED!

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the Town Center located on Belle Terre Parkway in Palm Coast is now open.  And of course, as any respectable Town Center should, it opened with a fabulous gathering celebrating the opening of the new Publix food store.   And what a store it is!   Even the parking lot is heavenly...wide avenues for cars and pedestrians alike.  PLENTY of parking.  Walk in the front door and there is a wonderful calming fountain......coffee.......delicious smells of the bakery and deli counter with all the fresh foods.   It's an experience...a pleasant experience shopping at this store.

Ok, so you ask, who will go there?  Well, it's very conveniently located to the following communities... Cypress Knoll, Lehigh Woods, Quail Hollow, Seminole Woods, Pine Lakes, Pine Grove and Belle Terre!   Aren't quite sure what those communities are?  Well, those are the neighborhoods with streets starting with the following letters.. E, R, K, Z, LL, S, U, W, and P.   Still don't understand what all that means?  Well, then go to my website www.palmcosting.com and go to the page called "Newbies".  It's all explained there.  And on that page, you can get a map of Palm Coast that you can download.   Aren't quite that comfortable with the computer?  Then just email me for a relocation package.  It comes with a map of Flagler County and magazines from the Chamber of Commerce.

So, we have the Publix.  What else is coming?  A couple of food stores, a title company and me.  YES!  ME!  Our real estate brokerage, Realty Exchange, LLC has landed a store three doors down from Publix!   We're going to be in the thick of things and servicing all of the neighborhoods listed above as well as the eastern town subdivisions of Palm Harbor, the Hammocks, Grand Haven, Palm Coast Plantation and the northern subdivison of Matanza Woods.

Of course, the Town Center won't stop there... building will continue on with lots of shoppes and condos and a park and a multi-movie complex and professional suites and on and on and on.   It's the place to be!   Make sure you visit when you are in the area.

Stop in.... and visit me!
