Relocating to Palm Coast
I often want to tell people, as I deal mainly with buyers coming from out of the state, to just come on down...you are SURE to know someone here. I myself relocated from NY by way of Boca Raton. In Boca Raton, I knew family but met no one else from 'home'. I had never heard of Palm Coast, but when I came here, within the first 3 months I met 4 people from home. I'm quite sure many of my customers have also. And if they hadn't known someone from 'back home' they certainly met someone from their town or surrounding area. Palm Coast just seems to be one of those places you can come to and just feel....comfortable! For customers convenience, I started a 'Newbie' page on my website www.palmcoasting.com. On that page I explain how the names of the streets work, what lingo we use here and even have a spot where you can change or add utilities right on line. No hanging on hold on the telephone!
